You're in the right place if…

Your gutters are trying to tell you something

If any of these sound familiar, you're not alone — and you're in the right place.

Your gutters overflow every time it rains hard

You've noticed soft or peeling fascia boards behind your gutters

You're done climbing a ladder twice a year to clean gutters

You live in a town the big Wilmington companies won't drive to

The Problem

Water is patient. Your foundation isn't.

Coastal NC rain doesn't wait. When gutters fail, the damage happens quietly — until it's expensive.

Foundation Pooling

Overflowing gutters dump water directly at your foundation. Over time, that water erodes soil, seeps into crawl spaces, and cracks foundation walls.

Fascia Rot

Water running behind your gutters soaks the fascia board. Wood stays wet, rot sets in, and eventually the board can't hold your gutters at all.

Mosquito Trenches

Clogged gutters hold standing water. Even a few cups is enough for mosquitoes to breed. Those trenches along your foundation aren't just ugly — they're a health hazard.

The Solution

The In Control System

Four steps from assessment to protection. No guesswork, no ghosting — just a straightforward process built for coastal NC homes.

Step 1

Assess

Measure + Water-Flow Check

We walk your roofline, measure linear footage, check where water currently flows (and where it's pooling), and inspect fascia condition. No guesswork — just real numbers.

Step 2

Fit

Seamless Runs Formed On-Site

We bring the gutter machine to your driveway and extrude continuous runs of aluminum to the exact length of your roofline. Joints only at corners — no mid-run seams to leak.

Step 3

Install

Most Homes Done in a Day

Our 3-person crew mounts the gutters with hidden hangers, sets downspouts where water needs to go, and cleans up the site. Most single-family installs are finished in one day.

Step 4

Protect

Guards + Maintenance Options

We walk you through guard options (if your trees warrant them), show you what to watch for over time, and leave you with a straightforward maintenance plan — no subscription required.

What to Expect

Most installs are done in a day

No multi-week timelines. No 'we'll be back next Tuesday.' Here's what we need from you and what happens on install day.

Timeline

Most single-family homes: one day. We arrive early, form gutters on-site, mount them, set downspouts, and clean up. Larger homes or fascia repair may take 1–2 days.

What We Need From You

Clear access around your home (move vehicles and furniture), a color decision, and someone reachable by phone. That's it — we handle the rest.

Straight Answers

The three questions we hear most

Are gutter guards worth it?

It depends on your trees. If you have pines or oaks near your roofline and you're cleaning twice a year — yes. No trees? Save your money. We'll tell you straight either way.

Why seamless over big-box gutters?

Every joint in a sectional gutter is a future leak. Seamless gutters are one continuous piece per run — formed on-site to your roofline. In coastal storms, seams fail. Seamless doesn't.

Will you actually come to my town?

If you're within 60 miles of Rose Hill, yes. Wilmington, Jacksonville, Southport — and the rural towns in between that the big companies skip. Burgaw, Wallace, Warsaw, Kenansville — we drive to you.

About Us

A local crew that shows up

Benjamin Keith Blagg founded In Control Seamless Gutters in 2022 in Rose Hill, NC — to give the coastal corridor a gutter crew that shows up, prices straight, and builds for coastal weather.

We're a 3-person local crew, not a big Wilmington outfit. That means we drive to the rural towns others skip, we answer our own phone, and we treat your home like it's in our neighborhood — because it is.
